Lindsay Lohan 30 days in jail
Lindsay Lohan will serve 30 days in jail, and the judge is holding her on a tight leash to make sure she completes her probation.
Lindsay admitted she violated her probation by not attending therapy sessions as required by the court and by getting kicked out of the Downtown Women's Center.
The judge now says ALL of Lindsay's community service must now be served at the L.A. County Morgue. And the judge gave Lindsay a tight structure on how she must complete the rest of her probation, and if she doesn't the judge will put a warrant out for her arrest and sentence her to an additional 270 days in jail.

Kim Kardashian to file for divorce today from Kris Humphries
Kim Kardashian will file for divorce this morning, after 72 days of not-so-wedded bliss to Kris Humphries ... TMZ has learned.
We're told even though the marriage was short, she will not seek an annulment. It's a garden variety divorce, in which Kim cites "irreconcilable differences."
We're told the date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011.

Maybe absence really does make the heart grow fonder. This at least seems to be the case for Jesse James and Kat Von D.
The couple, who called off their engagement last month, raised eyebrows on Thursday when they posted small love notes for each other on their Twitter pages. Later, Jesse reportedly confirmed that their engagement is back on in a statement to People, saying, "Sometimes you are only given one chance in life. It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her."
The good news balances out with the TLC announcement that Kat's reality show LA Ink will not come back for another season.

Taylor Armstrong secretly revealed to cast members she was beaten so badly by Russell Armstrong she had to undergo surgery -- and when he found out she spilled the beans, he sent Camille Grammer a chilling, threatening email ... this according to multiple sources connected with the show.
We're told ... just before the shooting for season 2 of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" began ... Taylor was severely beaten. Sources say Russell hit her in the face so hard he cracked bones in her cheeks. Sources say there are pictures of the injuries and they are "horrific."
Taylor -- who was hospitalized as a result of the beating -- tried to keep it a secret, but she had a big problem ... she couldn't show her face for weeks, and she feared she'd be fired for appearing to be uncooperative and flaky.
Sources say Taylor confided in Camille Grammer and Kyle Richards ... both of whom urged Taylor to tell Bravo what really happened.
We're told Taylor went home and told Russell about her conversation with the two women and the outrage they had shown when they heard what happened. Russell reacted by sending Camille a "very threatening" email. One source who read it said, "It was the rantings of a lunatic."

The tents are up ... the grass is cut ... and the pool has been transformed into a makeshift stage -- all in preparation for Kim Kardashian's MEGA-WEDDING this weekend.
Everything appears ready to go at the $29 million estate in Montecito, CA where Kim and Kris Humphries will take the plunge this weekend.
As we previously reported, the majority of the wedding festivities will take go down underneath the tent in an effort to thwart the paparazzi -- because the Kardashians don't want the footage to leak out before their special airs on TV.

Will The New Bond Movie Feature An Unreleased Amy Winehouse Track?
This would be such a wonderful tribute - especially after the last time it didn't work out!
Amy Winehouse has been long rumored to be working on potential theme songs for the James Bond franchise, and although originally she had been in the running for Quantum of Solace, it appears that now, one of her unused vocal tracks will be mixed for the next, Sam Mendes-directed installment!
A source reveals:
"One of her songs used in the next film would be the perfect memorial to her - a way to remember Amy (as) we want her to be known for her talent and not her drugs addiction. [The tracks] were really a work in progress. [Amy] had laid down the vocals and had guitar and drums as an outline - it wouldn’t take much to tighten it up into a finished product."
We had been seriously looking forward to this, so we hope that the music producers can finish the tracks and that there's enough of her vocals recorded to ensure that they are complete!
It's so heartbreaking to think that these, and the rest of her unfinished songs, will be the last new material we get from her, so hopefully as much of it that's potentially salvageable can see the light of day sometime soon!

NBC NEWS WE DIDN'T OFFER CASEY A RED CENT!
NBC News tells TMZ ... it did not offer Casey Anthony any money for an interview with her.
An NBC rep tells us, "NBC News has not and will not be in a bidding war for a Casey Anthony interview. No money has or will be offered, no licensing or other arrangements. If we were to conduct an interview it would be under our standards."
The rep confirms ... NBC did indeed foot the bill for Jose Baez' suite at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City last week. As we reported, Baez met with famed celeb lawyer Mark Geragos last Thursday in the hotel bar, discussing negotiating strategy and talking about the "big price tag" for the interview.
And sources connected with ABC insist there was indeed a bidding war between the networks.

Another one bites the dust!
Jesse James and Kat Von D have split up, RadarOnline.com is the first to report.
Kat Von D issued the breakup statement on her Twitter account Monday night saying, "I am no longer w Jesse, and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I'd like to share. Thanks for respecting that."
The two got together after Jesse's messy divorce with Sandra Bullock and announced their engagement in January.

Schwarzenegger Fathered Out-of-Wedlock Baby
Arnold Schwarzenegger fathered a baby with a member of his household staff, and that is what sent Maria Shriver packing ... and right into the office of a powerful financial adviser to get her affairs in order to end her marriage.
Sources say Maria was distraught after learning Arnold pulled a John Edwards. The baby mama worked for the family for two decades, retired and received a severance package, according to the L.A. Times.
The baby was born more than a decade ago, but until recently Maria thought the father was the woman's husband at the time.
Schwarzenegger told The Times, "After leaving the governor's office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago. I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry."
TMZ heard about the baby 5 days ago, but everyone in the Schwarzenegger camp was denying it. But sources told us Maria was "completely distraught" yet determined to move on with her life. She has not pulled the trigger to end her marriage on the legal side, but she has been working with a very powerful financial adviser who has been helping her position herself for a divorce.
We believe -- though have not confirmed -- there is a prenup, but the couple has been together so long the effectiveness of it is problematic.
UPDATE: Maria released a statement saying, "This is a painful and heartbreaking time. As a mother, my concern is for the children."
She continued, "I ask for compassion, respect and privacy as my children and I try to rebuild our lives and heal. I will have no further comment."

Now our sources say there were other women -- at least two of whom repeatedly came to his office at around 1 AM with manila envelopes and would spend hours there. CBS Cancels 3 More Shows
Doesn't it seem like more shows are getting canceled this season than ever before?
CBS has canceled three more shows: S#*! My Dad Says, The Defenders, and Mad Love.
S#*! and Defenders were solid hits until both shows moved time slots.
The William Shatner comedy had a good lead in with Big Bang Theory, but when it was replaced by Rules of Engagement, things started to look rough for the sitcom. As for the Jim Belushi and Jerry O'Connell show The Defenders, once it was moved from its decent run on Wednesdays to Fridays, viewership dropped rapidly.
Ouch.
Unfortunately, for the new comedy Mad Love starring Jason Biggs and Judy Greer, it failed to connect with viewers and was canceled too.
Oh well! Guess some people are going to miss these shows.
Let's hope this makes room for some real quality television on CBS.

The series, which has been on the air since 1988, announced just a few years ago the capture of its 1,000th criminal. That's contribution enough!
But have no fear, the show won’t be gone completely.
Fox will air four, two-hour quarterly specials through the year as well as air repeats.
As for the reason behind the removal? Profits of course.
Fox entertainment president Kevin Reilly revealed:
“John Walsh has been an important guy at network for a long time. It’s been an important show for us historically. We haven’t made money on the show in quite awhile. It wasn’t particularly viable. We wanted to keep the franchise alive. John is having conversations about ways to keep the series alive.
We’re going to be in originals across our schedule. We want to be able to play repeats to give the audience a chance to catch up and that’s one of the few places we can do that.”

We can certainly see how it would be difficult to revisit these memories. Hopefully Katherine will gain more peace of mind after the Conrad Murray trial is over and done with…whenever that may be.

Sad Story: "After September 11th he wanted me to live a full life"
Beverly Eckert lost her husband, Sean Rooney, in the south tower of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. She remembers her husband's warm brown eyes, dark curly hair, and that he was "a good hugger."
The two met at a high school dance, when they were only 16 years old. When Rooney died, they were 50.
On Sept. 11, Rooney called his wife at 9:30 a.m. He told her he was on the 105th floor, and he'd been trying to get out.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge off to California
Get ready for royal wedding fever part two. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, formerly known as Prince William and Kate Middleton, will be visiting California from July 8 - 10.
St. James Palace confirmed the news that the newlyweds will visit the Golden State after their tour of Canada, but their itinerary has yet to be announced. The Duke of Cambridge has never visited the United States in an official capacity, and this will mark the Duchess of Cambridge's first time ever to the country.

Such a clear vision for this album! We cannot WAIT to see how it's expressed!
Now that Lady GaGa's highly anticipated new album, Born This Way, is only weeks away from being released, one of its producers, Fernando Garibay, has opened up about his role of co-musical director, and what he and the pop star envisioned when working together!
"She asked me to musically direct the album with her. Basically, that means for me, that meant to push her vision out for these records, for the album, but every song is really special. Every song tells almost like a musical. It just kind of keeps going forward. We did this [dance] song that possibly might be the third single; it's called 'Marry the Night.' It's probably one of my favorite songs on the album. It tells about being yourself and individuality and never forgetting who you are. What's interesting is that the great thing about dance songs is for me most of the time they start off as ballads and that's the approach I've been trying to keep going. We wrote songs, particularly GaGa wrote these songs, to live in a dance environment. Yeah, they're dance, but I think the whole thing, too, is that they're songs and genuine to her. I'm excited about the whole album. I'm proud of the way we got together and made this album. It's a collective of some cool people all trying to facilitate her and to explore her vision, her statement. I'm excited for albums to be albums again, and this is leading in that direction. … I think the message, the big statement was obviously the single, and I think it's the single, 'Born This Way,' serves as an introduction to the album. Again, it's a statement about equality."

Italian College warns students-Beware of Jersey shore
An Italian university is warning students that "Jersey Shore" will be taping in a building used for student housing ... and TMZ has learned school officials are taking drastic measures to keep the kids away from the GTL
Officials at the Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici fired off a letter to students saying:
"Dear Students,
Our Housing dept. has informed us that starting May 9th there will be shootings inside the 2nd floor apartment of your building. We advise you to NOT sign any paper, let anyone in, and keep us informed."
University sources tell us the I.L.D.M. is so serious about keeping students in a guido-free environment ... officials have offered "alternative housing close to campus" to anyone who wants to get away from the madness.
We're told the school has also offered to issue a partial refund to anyone who has already pre-paid for their rent ... and wants to leave.

Prince William and Kate Middleton plan to honor Princess Diana at the royal wedding by scheduling the first hymn sung to be Guide Me, O Thou Great Redeemer, which was the final hymn at Diana's funeral.
The hymn was also played during a memorial service for the tenth anniversary of Princess Diana's tragic death, making it a particularly significant tribute piece.

So sad that Diana couldn't be there for William's big day, but we think it's lovely how they plan to honor her at the ceremony.

Denise Richards To Charlie
Denise Richards called Charlie Sheen last Thursday and offered to take informal custody of his twins, Bob and Max ... TMZ has learned.
We're told Denise called Charlie just after TMZ posted surveillance video of Brooke Mueller trying to hock a watch and a stereo at an Inglewood pawn shop.
Denise told Charlie it was apparent Brooke couldn't care for the twins and Charlie was on the road doing his show, so she offered to take the kids and let them live with her until things stabilized.
As for Charlie's reaction ... well, he didn't shut her down. He said, "I'll keep you posted."
Charlie apparently is going for broke because his lawyer is going to court this AM, in an attempt to get full custody of the twins.

'Dancing With the Stars' recap: Stars and stripes forever
There was a lot to celebrate this week, ballroom fans. We’ve reached the halfway point of the 12th season of “Dancing With the Stars." The 1000th competitive dance was going to be performed on this very show. And finally, this week was all about pledging allegiance to the Mirrorball and celebrating America, with all the routines performed to songs that salute the country. However, as Tom said, “we are now outsourcing dances,” to places like Brazil (for the samba) and Austria (for the Viennese waltz), and at times these mash-ups made for an interesting culture clash. But hey, that’s just another facet to this melting pot country, right? Bring out the stars … and stripes!
Back in the lead position were Hines Ward and Kym Johnson. And their sexy uniformed rumba, set to “Proud to be an American,” also paid tribute to the very American movie classic “An Officer and a Gentleman” and launched the duo up to the top of the charts where they belonged. Hines is swoonworthy on any day, but trot him out in uniform and you’d better be sure to have the smelling salts on standby. Especially when paired up with those gorgeous hip movements. Hines was a little worried that he’d be more caveman than gentleman in this bedroom dance, but man, the Pittsburgh Steeler was all smooth curves and no jagged edge in this performance. Kudos to Kym for not getting tangled in that long fringe, which deceptively covered up her barely-there outfit. Bruno commended Hines for his “ease of movement,” and “just the right amount of sensuality to make the ladies swoon.” Carrie Ann said Hines had “the best hip action I have seen.” Len went so far as to say he thought this was Hines’ best dance. I’ll salute to that. I’ll also tip my hat to all that “pillow love” that Hines had put in to get himself into the mood. It was enough to earn him and Kym three 9s and the lead in the competition, with a total of 27 out of 30.
Dropping to second place were Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas, though I really liked their samba, set to Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the U.S.A.” Chalk it up to Chelsea liking three things: U.S.A., partying and Miley Cyrus. Chelsea wanted to break the rules and shake up the samba, but Mark kept the routine on the straight and narrow. And I think that was the way to go. Chelsea’s fringe pants made up for any lack of hip action, but it was a fun nod to Route 66 and gas stations, and Chelsea’s long blond hair, long limbs and trim torso gave the Disney Channel star more than a passing resemblance to Stacy Kiebler. Bruno thought the routine had the best of both worlds: “You had all the party energy of America and the sizzle and the excitement of Brazil.” Carrie Ann liked how the two danced so well together. “I thought this was fantastic,” she said. Len got downright cheeky with his critique: “Yum yum what a bum!” he appraised. “This is a party, and I’m not talking a Tupperware party.” Though the head judge did dock for messing up the running promenades at the end. Total: 26.

Lady Gaga
Last month, we were so proud to report that Lady GaGa was set to be honored at LOGO's NewNowNext Awards with the "Always Next, Forever Now" award.
Now, the awards show has aired, and we've got GaGa's acceptance speech (above) for the award she so completely deserved!
Congrats, wifey! We are very, very proud!
