Maybe absence really does make the heart grow fonder. This at least seems to be the case for Jesse James and Kat Von D.
The couple, who called off their engagement last month, raised eyebrows on Thursday when they posted small love notes for each other on their Twitter pages. Later, Jesse reportedly confirmed that their engagement is back on in a statement to People, saying, "Sometimes you are only given one chance in life. It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her."
The good news balances out with the TLC announcement that Kat's reality show LA Ink will not come back for another season.
