NBC NEWS WE DIDN'T OFFER CASEY A RED CENT!
NBC News tells TMZ ... it did not offer Casey Anthony any money for an interview with her.
An NBC rep tells us, "NBC News has not and will not be in a bidding war for a Casey Anthony interview. No money has or will be offered, no licensing or other arrangements. If we were to conduct an interview it would be under our standards."
The rep confirms ... NBC did indeed foot the bill for Jose Baez' suite at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City last week. As we reported, Baez met with famed celeb lawyer Mark Geragos last Thursday in the hotel bar, discussing negotiating strategy and talking about the "big price tag" for the interview.
And sources connected with ABC insist there was indeed a bidding war between the networks.
ABC now says it will no longer pay for photos and videos connected with interviews.

Another member of the Kardashian Klan has agreed to compete on the next season of "Dancing with the Stars" TMZ has learned ... but it ain't Khloe ... or Kourtney ... or Kris -- it's a dude!

Jesse James and Kat Von D Split
Another one bites the dust!
Jesse James and Kat Von D have split up, RadarOnline.com is the first to report.
Kat Von D issued the breakup statement on her Twitter account Monday night saying, "I am no longer w Jesse, and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I'd like to share. Thanks for respecting that."
The two got together after Jesse's messy divorce with Sandra Bullock and announced their engagement in January.

Schwarzenegger Fathered Out-of-Wedlock Baby
Arnold Schwarzenegger fathered a baby with a member of his household staff, and that is what sent Maria Shriver packing ... and right into the office of a powerful financial adviser to get her affairs in order to end her marriage.
Sources say Maria was distraught after learning Arnold pulled a John Edwards. The baby mama worked for the family for two decades, retired and received a severance package, according to the L.A. Times.
The baby was born more than a decade ago, but until recently Maria thought the father was the woman's husband at the time.
Schwarzenegger told The Times, "After leaving the governor's office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago. I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry."
TMZ heard about the baby 5 days ago, but everyone in the Schwarzenegger camp was denying it. But sources told us Maria was "completely distraught" yet determined to move on with her life. She has not pulled the trigger to end her marriage on the legal side, but she has been working with a very powerful financial adviser who has been helping her position herself for a divorce.
We believe -- though have not confirmed -- there is a prenup, but the couple has been together so long the effectiveness of it is problematic.
UPDATE: Maria released a statement saying, "This is a painful and heartbreaking time. As a mother, my concern is for the children."
She continued, "I ask for compassion, respect and privacy as my children and I try to rebuild our lives and heal. I will have no further comment."

CBS Cancels 3 More Shows
Doesn't it seem like more shows are getting canceled this season than ever before?
CBS has canceled three more shows: S#*! My Dad Says, The Defenders, and Mad Love.
S#*! and Defenders were solid hits until both shows moved time slots.
The William Shatner comedy had a good lead in with Big Bang Theory, but when it was replaced by Rules of Engagement, things started to look rough for the sitcom. As for the Jim Belushi and Jerry O'Connell show The Defenders, once it was moved from its decent run on Wednesdays to Fridays, viewership dropped rapidly.
Ouch.
Unfortunately, for the new comedy Mad Love starring Jason Biggs and Judy Greer, it failed to connect with viewers and was canceled too.
Oh well! Guess some people are going to miss these shows.
Let's hope this makes room for some real quality television on CBS.

Three New Hangover Part II Clips!
So apparently, despite us seeing NEW footage in these three new TV spots (above), we still know nothing about the craziness going on in Thailand!
Except that apparently it's Alan, Zach Galifianakis, who ruins shizz again for the group. Also, looks like Mr. Chow, Ken Jeong, is going to have an extended role along side the wolf pack, which of course includes Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms!
Other than that, it all looks pretty much like status quo for the group, only MUCH worse!
We can't even tell you how excited we are for these! We CAN'T wait!

America's Most Wanted Cancelled!

The series, which has been on the air since 1988, announced just a few years ago the capture of its 1,000th criminal. That's contribution enough!
But have no fear, the show won’t be gone completely.
Fox will air four, two-hour quarterly specials through the year as well as air repeats.
As for the reason behind the removal? Profits of course.
Fox entertainment president Kevin Reilly revealed:
“John Walsh has been an important guy at network for a long time. It’s been an important show for us historically. We haven’t made money on the show in quite awhile. It wasn’t particularly viable. We wanted to keep the franchise alive. John is having conversations about ways to keep the series alive.
We’re going to be in originals across our schedule. We want to be able to play repeats to give the audience a chance to catch up and that’s one of the few places we can do that.”
